Candidates today yearn for challenges in companies that have a strong culture, vision and mission, and clear values.
Classic job ads as such are slowly losing their original purpose. The best people on the market rarely apply for advertised job advertisements, but they do monitor them and form an opinion.

And this is more than a great reason to change ads in a way that puts candidates first: not looking for workers, not hiring, but opening doors or inviting candidates, individuals who want to co-create the future of the company.

STRATEGY
For the needs of employment, we created a digital campaign for Pomgrad, where we embraced the desired target audience with visually attractive ads based on humor and the characteristics of a particular profession.
